Clay & Ashley Vaughan

They were married in 2010 with a shared love of missions and youth ministry. Clay had planned to take his talent in video to Hollywood but God turned him towards missions.  Ashley grew up loving missions and pretending her Barbies were going on mission trips.  Both have been involved in serving God through Christian camping for nearly 10 years and even met at a Christian youth camp.  Their appreciation for youth ministry has turned into a passion for influencing the next generation for Christ.

In January of 2011, God called them to Limbe, Haiti for a season of ministry in the village of Ti Guinea.  During their mission to those people, God taught them a lot about ministry and how showing the love of Christ is so important. The Lord has now opened a door for them to serve for a period in the inner city districts of Kingston, Jamaica with Fusion Caribbean. The Lord has opened a door for them to be able to pour themselves into the youth of such a fractured society.

Serving with Fusion is not only a blessing but it has provided a healthy spiritual family for Clay and Ashley to grow spiritually and be able to wholeheartedly devote themselves to the cause of Christ. Their home church is Crossbridge Church in Sugar Land, Texas.

They are supported missionaries through an organization called Commission to Every Nation (CTEN). CTEN is a servant organization which helps missionaries fulfill the unique vision God has given them. Through administrative support they provide accountability and help the missionary get to the field. Through pastoral care they help us remain effective and healthy while there.
